Sea-licious Active Pineapple Banana Post-Recovery Protein Smoothie 

Servings: 1 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup coconut milk
• ½ cup pineapple (frozen works too)
• ½ medium banana
• 1 tbsp Sea-licious Active Orange Vanilla Omega-3 + MCT oil 
• ½ avocado
• 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
• ½ teaspoon turmeric powder or fresh turmeric
• 3-4 ice cubes

Direction:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
